This event calendar consists of local rides and other events that Motion Cycling & Fitness are involved with. Please check this calendar frequently for additional rides throughout the summer.
Motion Cycling shop rides
The first ride starts and ends here at Motion Cycling and Fitness. It varies in length generally 1 -2 hours depending on seasonal time and weather restrictions. This ride is beginner to intermediate level and averages 18-20 miles an hour. This is a no drop ride meant for recreational training, and fun!
The second ride starts and ends at Momma Bears coffee (Brook School and Fall Creek)This is the Heroes Cycling team training ride. The ride is usually 2+ hours at an average speed of 23-25 MPH. Given the speeds and variables in course, this ride is only recommended to advanced cyclists and racers.
